He is always engaging, lighthearted with jokes and last evening, he went above and beyond with his level of service to help us with a firepit we were purchasing. Both Dino and Rich the manage on duty were exceptional with their offer to service that exceeded our expectations hands down. Keep up the great work Dino and Rich!"

"Brought my dog here for a bath and I cannot express enough the horrible conditions of their self-serve dog bath area! The mold, the rust, the smell, the broken equipment, the mess, the dirt build-up, the safety risks of all these things, absolutely horrible. This kind of neglect doesn’t happen overnight or from one customer using the facility. This room hasn’t been cleaned, fixed, addressed in probably months."

"My wife just went to the Tractor supply in West Milford NJ to buy Ivermectin. The price posted on the shelf was $10.99. When she went to the checkout with 2 boxes the cashier said the price for each was $15.99. My wife stated the the price listed on the shelf was 10.99. The cashier asked the manager about it and the manager unapologetically said to my wife " the prices went up". My wife said " you dont honor the posted prices? " The manager didn't even have the courtesy to address my wife when he instructed the cashier to " just give her the posted price" We like tractor supply very much and the young man at the checkout was very helpful as have all the people there and I understand that prices go up. This Mgr may have been having a bad day...BUT no excuse for being rude and having a lousy attitude toward customers. If you dont want to honor your posted prices then do a much better job of doing your job to make sure those posted prices are correct and dont take it out on your customers who expect you to honor the price YOU POSTED!!!!"
